This Week in Trailers: Super Bowl Special

This Week in Trailers: Super Bowl Special

Did someone say Super Bowl..?? Each week we trawl the internet for the latest and greatest, which are shown to you below in this segment. This week the job was easy, as literally every trailer and movie preview was released in the lead up to the Big Game.

This week we preview Fast & Furious 6, World War Z, Iron Man 3 and more!

Fast & Furious 6

Fast & Furious 6: WOAH!! Every inner dude-child is screaming in excitement at this very moment. Fast & Furious 6 has everything - it's Death Race cross Die Hard cross the original Fast & Furious movies. Oh, do YOU believe in ghosts..? Out in Australian cinemas May 24, 2013 [IMDB]

Would You Rather

Would You Rather: This trailer makes the movie look very interesting, and kept my interest perked throughout. Brittany Snow (Pitch Perfect) stars in this post-Saw film, which looks to be tapping into the same vein as the Saw series, but in a different environment. Australian release date unknown (you can help by posting in the comments section!)

World War Z

World War Z: Brad Pitt stars in this latest zombie action blockbuster. World War Z looks to be a lot less about the horror of an individual zombie, and more about the apocalyptic effect that they have on the world. I remain "meh" until something proves me wrong. Out in Australian cinemas June 20, 2013 [Paramount Pictures]

7500

7500: This looks pretty crazy - The Grudge freaked the living shizen out of me when I saw it! Though I'm not expecting much from this (lack of promotion and hype thus far), I remain hopeful for what 7500 can do! Australian release date unknown (you can help by posting in the comments section!)

Snitch

Snitch: Contraband meets standard badass Dwayne Johnson. That is all. Out in Australian cinemas May 9, 2013 [IMDB]

The Lone Ranger

The Lone Ranger: Okay, I know a lot of people aren't so excited for this, especially when they remember how bad the last Pirates of the Caribbean movies were. Nevertheless, I remain kind of optimistic! This movie is backed by some major stars (Johnny Depp, Armie Hammer, directed by Gore Verbinski), and probably won't flop TOO hard. Catch this in Australian cinemas July 4, 2013 [IMDB]

Iron Man 3

Iron Man 3: Ugh, don't tell me - Mr. Stark has to save the world again, but this time he may face ultimate defeat? What I hate more than the fact that I'm definitely not keen on watching another predictable Iron Man movie, is that I'll definitely be forced to watch it to stay up to date in the Marvel Universe in preparation for Avengers 2! #firstworldmovieproblems. Out in Australian cinemas April 24, 2013 [IMDB]
